The tomato confit made this dish. Best carpaccio I ever had.

BLUE CHEESE CRUSTED BEEF TENDERLOIN - ONION JAM, MACAIRE POTATOES, BUTTERED ASPARAGUS, PINOT NOIR JUS
Macaire potatoes in a pinwheel form, almost like a cinnamon roll. Paired w tenderloin were fantastic.

GRILLED NY STRIP LOIN - MEDITERRANEAN RATATOUILLE, TOASTED GARLIC FOCACCIA, ROSEMARY GARLIC PESTO
Spice in ratatouille gave strip some wonderful punch.
Sides:
ROASTED GARLIC POMME PUREE - so smooth!
CREAMY SPINACH AU GRATIN
Dessert:
CLASSIC VANILLA BEAN CRÈME BRULEE - CHOCOLATE MACAROON
WARM MOLTEN CHOCOLATE CAKE - TROPICAL FRUIT SEMIFREDDO, BANANAS FOSTER ICE CREAMSORBET - served in triangle dish with six scoop holes. 2 each of honeydew, canteloupe, and mango. Best sorbet I ever had. Flavors really shined.
